Construction management of the construction of a new 18000 square meter production facility comprising the demolition of portions of the existing buildings, as well as the extensions and refurbishments to include: a production and services area, new logistics extension, plant building canteen and toilets, dry goods and packaging store, boiler room and relevant site works.

This includes the co-ordination and management approximately 16 specialist contractor packages.
